To enjoy all the flavor of the clams, prepare this recipe of clams in its juice and be amazed with its delicious flavor.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 kilos of clam white and small
  • 1 onion small chopped
  • 4 spoonfuls of parsley
  • 4 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • to taste of black pepper to taste
  • McCormick® Minced Garlic

    Preparation

    Chop onion and parsley.
    Wash the clams and their shell very well; arrange them in a deep saucepan.
    Pour two cups of cold water, add the onion and garlic powder.
    Add the parsley and the olive oil season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Place the pan on the fire; Cover and let boil with soft fire, until everything is smooth and the sauce has been consumed. Serve them hot and ready.

    PRESENTATION

    You can serve it in its broth or without broth. If you want them with broth add 1 1/4 cups of water more.
