shredded coconuts, as needed
1 onion, onion, finely chopped
small boxes tomato , finely chopped
2 cloves garlic
salt , to taste
lemons
Maggi seasoning sauce
fresh cilantro, and chives chopped to taste
red bell peppers
ground cumin , to taste

Fry the tomato, onion, grated garlic, and red bell pepper, then add Maggi sauce and cumin. Cook for three minutes.
Place the fish in a pot and add boiled water, then wash it well and add lemon.
Blend the coconut with a little water, then strain and place it in a container, set aside.
Add the fish to the pan with the sautéed vegetables and pour in a little coconut milk.
Then add salt to taste and cook for about 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, add the reserved coconut milk, cilantro, and chives.
Put back on the heat for another 3 minutes.
Serve hot and accompany with white rice and green plantains.
