190 grams low-fat cream cheese, Philadelphia
300 grams cod, soaked and desalted
2 tomatoes, pepper chopped
3 tomatoes, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1/4 onions, chopped
1 can peas and carrots, drained
cooking sprays

1/2 cups water
drops lime
10 leaves romaine lettuce, washed and disinfected
parsley, chopped for garnish
1 tomato, diced without seeds

Heat a skillet and spray with oil. Sauté the garlic and onion until translucent.
Add the tomato and the strips of guajillo pepper, cook for 2 minutes along with the water.
Add the cod, vegetables, Kraft® Philadelphia® Light Cream Cheese, and mix until fully combined. Cook for 5 more minutes.
Cut the lettuce leaves in half widthwise and serve a tablespoon of cod in each lettuce leaf.
