Cod Tacos

This version of cod tacos is delicious and low in calories as it uses lettuce leaves instead of tortillas and Kraft® Philadelphia® Light Cream Cheese. Enjoy this recipe during the Christmas season!

  • 190 grams low-fat cream cheese, Philadelphia
  • 300 grams cod, soaked and desalted
  • 2 tomatoes, pepper chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • 1 can peas and carrots, drained
  • cooking sprays
  • pepper
  • 1/2 cups water
  • drops lime
  • 10 leaves romaine lettuce, washed and disinfected
  • parsley, chopped for garnish
  • 1 tomato, diced without seeds

  • Heat a skillet and spray with oil. Sauté the garlic and onion until translucent.
  • Add the tomato and the strips of guajillo pepper, cook for 2 minutes along with the water.
  • Add the cod, vegetables, Kraft® Philadelphia® Light Cream Cheese, and mix until fully combined. Cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Cut the lettuce leaves in half widthwise and serve a tablespoon of cod in each lettuce leaf.
