  • 2 liters water, to desalinate cod
  • 2 cups Langa® flaked cod
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons guajillo chile, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cups green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cups yellow bell pepper, cut into strips

  • 200 grams flour, for the dough
  • 125 milliliters beer, for the dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, for the dough
  • 1 teaspoon salt, for the dough
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, for the dough

  • 2 cups Gouda cheese, grated

  • Soak the shredded Langa® cod in water for 2 days, changing the water daily. Flake and set aside.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over low heat and cook the garlic, guajillo chili, and shredded Langa® cod for 5 minutes. Add the peppers, season with salt and pepper. Let cool and set aside.
  • For the pizza dough, in a mixer with a hook, add the flour, beer, olive oil, salt, and oregano. Knead until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous consistency. Let it rest for 1 hour and set aside.
  • On a clean surface, roll out the dough with a little flour until it reaches a thickness of 5 mm.
  • Add the tomato sauce, cheese, cod, olives, and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve with a fresh salad.
