Cook in boiling water the noodles and reserve. Heat the butter in a saucepan and put the onion cut diagonally of 2 cm. with the finely chopped celery and cook 4 minutes.
Add the broth and boil for 5 minutes. Crumble the crab and put the broth together with the drained noodles. Season with salt and cayenne. Serve hot soup with lemon juice.
