4 potatoes, large, peeled and cooked
1 egg
2 teaspoons onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons red bell pepper, finely chopped
2 tablespoons sour cream, LYNCOTT
1 teaspoon mustard
1/4 tablespoons garlic
wheat flour
breadcrumbs
salt, to taste
olive oil
1 Avocados from México, ripe, for the avocado sauce
1/2 cups sour cream, LYNCOTT, for the avocado sauce
2 tablespoons ground black pepper, LYNCOTT, for the avocado sauce
1 lime, for the avocado sauce
salt, for the avocado sauce
pepper, to taste

Grate the potatoes using the coarse side of the grater.
Shred and drain the crab meat well, pressing on the strainer, and mix with the grated potato, mustard, LYNCOTT cream, egg, onion, and red pepper.
Season with salt and pepper. Let it rest.
Form medium-sized balls and flatten them slightly to make the patties.
Mix the flour with the breadcrumbs. Coat the patties in this mixture and brown them in a pan with olive oil.
For the avocado sauce: Peel the avocados. Cut them into pieces and place them in the blender along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until achieving a creamy texture.
