Crab Patties with Avocado Sauce

  • 2 teaspoons onion, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons red bell pepper, finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/4 tablespoons garlic
  • wheat flour
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt, to taste

  • 1 Avocados from México, ripe, for the avocado sauce
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, LYNCOTT, for the avocado sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ground black pepper, LYNCOTT, for the avocado sauce
  • 1 lime, for the avocado sauce
  • salt, for the avocado sauce
  • pepper, to taste

  • Grate the potatoes using the coarse side of the grater.
  • Shred and drain the crab meat well, pressing on the strainer, and mix with the grated potato, mustard, LYNCOTT cream, egg, onion, and red pepper.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Let it rest. Form medium-sized balls and flatten them slightly to make the patties.
  • Mix the flour with the breadcrumbs. Coat the patties in this mixture and brown them in a pan with olive oil.
  • For the avocado sauce: Peel the avocados. Cut them into pieces and place them in the blender along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until achieving a creamy texture.
