Crab-Stuffed Eggs with Spices

This delicious recipe consists of a filling made with canned crab (or you can use tuna) mixed with mayonnaise and spices inside hard-boiled eggs.

  • 250 grams canned crab meat, shredded

  • Cut the 8 eggs in half and use a spoon to remove the yolks. In a bowl, keep half of the yolks (4 eggs).
  • In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, chopped onion, lemon juice, piquín chili, and hot sauce. Add the crab and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the egg yolks and mix well with the crab.
  • Fill the hard-boiled egg whites with the crab filling and place on a serving plate. You can refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving.
