Cheese and Crab Crepes

Delicious recipe for crepes with cheese and crab. The traditional crepes with a different filling to impress your family. Crab and cheese are two ingredients that, although you may not believe it, taste amazing when combined.

  • 1 can table cream
  • 1 garlic, ground
  • 4 crepes
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1 stick cream cheese
  • 1/2 kilos crab
  • 1 onion, in pieces
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 rod celery, chopped

  • Fry the crab with the onion, celery, garlic, pepper, and salt.
  • Fill the crepes with cheese, fold them like tacos, and blend the cheese with the Nestlé cream and the Maggi cube, then coat them and bake for 20 minutes.
  • They can be served with mashed potatoes or a green salad.
