2 potatoes, cooked and peeled
6 surimi, finely chopped
3 teaspoons onion, chopped
2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped
3 teaspoons low-fat mayonnaise
3 teaspoons parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon paprika, ground
2 cups bread, ground
3 eggs
1/2 cups flour
salt

Mash the potatoes in a bowl and add the surimi, onion, garlic, paprika, parsley, mayonnaise, and ½ cup of breadcrumbs.
Add one egg to the mixture and form spherical croquettes. Set them aside.
Beat two eggs and roll the balls in flour, then in the beaten egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
