2 potatoes, cooked and peeled
6 surimi, finely chopped
3 teaspoons onion, chopped
2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped
3 teaspoons low-fat mayonnaise
3 teaspoons parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon paprika, milled
2 cups bread, milled
3 eggs
1/2 cups flour
salt

Crush the potatoes in a bowl and add the surimi, onion, garlic, paprika, parsley, mayonnaise, and ½ cup of bread crumbs.
Incorporate an egg into the mixture and form spherical croquettes. Reserve them.
Beat two eggs and pass the balls through the flour, then through the beaten egg, and finally through the ground bread.
