Ingredients

4 portions
  • PAM® Original, Canola oil spray
  • 2 potatoes, cooked and peeled
  • 6 surimi, finely chopped
  • 3 teaspoons onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 teaspoons light mayonnaise
  • 3 teaspoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika, milled
  • 2 cups bread, milled
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Crush the potatoes in a bowl and add the surimi, onion, garlic, paprika, parsley, mayonnaise, and ½ cup of bread crumbs.
Incorporate an egg into the mixture and form spherical croquettes. Reserve them.
Beat two eggs and pass the balls through the flour, then through the beaten egg, and finally through the ground bread.

PRESENTATION

Spray each croquette directly with 2 shots of PAM® Olive and bake at 180 ° C until golden brown.

TIPS

Surimi is a word of Japanese origin, which refers to the product created from white meat fish and imitates the texture and flavor of a product of the highest quality such as lobster tail.
