Stuffed crabs

Delicious baked stuffed crabs, filled with crab meat, onion, and cilantro. Golden with breadcrumbs. You're going to love this recipe!

  • 1 cup onion, Chop it very well
  • 1 cup celery, Chop it very well
  • 250 grams crab meat
  • 1 tablespoon árbol chile, Chop it very finely
  • 1/2 cups fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 6 crabs, Use the clean shells
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • salt

  • In a pan, add oil and incorporate the onion, celery, crab, and chilies. Cook over low heat for ten minutes, remove the mixture from the heat, and add cilantro.
  • Incorporate the breadcrumbs, stir very well.
  • Fill the crab shells and add a drizzle of olive oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  • Place the crabs in a baking dish and cook in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, or until the bread is golden.
