Prepare these crunchy wontons filled with rich and creamy surimi salad with celery, green onion, apple chili, sour cream, and parsley. Best of all, when you bite into them, you'll discover a touch of cream cheese that makes all the difference.
In a bowl, combine the surimi with the celery, chili, onion, cucumber, parsley, cream, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
In another bowl, mix the cream cheese with the chopped green onion.
Assemble the wontons by placing a bit of cheese at the base and then a tablespoon of the surimi salad. Close them in a star shape, sealing the edges with water.
Heat the oil in a small pot over medium heat and fry the wontons until golden brown, being careful not to burn them. Drain on paper towels.
Serve the wontons and accompany with a bit of sprouts and carrot.
