Prepare these crispy wontons stuffed with rich and creamy surimi salad with celery, onion, apple-tree chili, sour cream and parsley. The best part is that when you bite them you will discover a touch of cream cheese that makes all the difference.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 6 surimi finely chopped
  • 4 stems of celery finely chopped
  • 4 Chile Apple finely chopped and deveined
  • 1/8 of red onion finely chopped
  • 1 cucumber finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of sour cream
  • 2 spoonfuls of Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoonful of Great Value® salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of White pepper
  • 227 grams of Great Value® Cream Cheese
  • 2 spoonfuls of scallion finely chopped
  • 1 package of wonton 250 g
  • 1 Cup of Pure Value® Pure Canola Oil
  • 1 Cup of alfalfa sprouts to decorate
  • 1 carrot in strips to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl combine the surimi with celery, chili, onion, cucumber, parsley, cream, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix very well and reserve.
In another bowl, mix the cream cheese with the chopped chives.
Assemble the wontons by placing some cheese on the base and then a spoonful of the surimi salad. Close in a star shape, sticking the edges with water.
Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat and fry the wontons until golden brown, taking care not to burn. Drain on absorbent paper.
Serve the wontons and accompany with a little germ and carrot.
