Preparation
In a bowl combine the surimi with celery, chili, onion, cucumber, parsley, cream, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix very well and reserve.
In another bowl, mix the cream cheese with the chopped chives.
Assemble the wontons by placing some cheese on the base and then a spoonful of the surimi salad. Close in a star shape, sticking the edges with water.
Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat and fry the wontons until golden brown, taking care not to burn. Drain on absorbent paper.
Serve the wontons and accompany with a little germ and carrot.
