3 sticks surimi, shredded
1/2 red onions, in cubes
1 cucumber, in cubes, seedless
1 sprig celery, cut into squares
1/2 cups corn kernels
1 manzano chile, seedless and veinless, chopped
1/2 cups lime juice
1 tablespoon hot sauce, optional
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
salt, and pepper to taste
jocoques, optional
tostadas
1/2 avocados
1 tomato, in cubes

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and adjust the flavor with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread each toast with a little jocoque, and on top, add two tablespoons of the mixture.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and avocado slices.
