Surimi Toasts

A delicious, healthy, and fresh dish that you can offer as a snack or even a main course. Its flavor is incomparable, and it is quite economical.

  • 3 sticks surimi, shredded
  • 1/2 red onions, in cubes
  • 1 cucumber, in cubes, seedless
  • 1 sprig celery, cut into squares
  • 1/2 cups corn kernels
  • 1 manzano chile, seedless and veinless, chopped
  • 1/2 cups lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce, optional
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • salt, and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 avocados
  • 1 tomato, in cubes

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and adjust the flavor with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spread each toast with a little jocoque, and on top, add two tablespoons of the mixture.
  • Garnish with chopped cilantro and avocado slices.
