Cream Cheese and Salmon Rolls

This recipe is very easy to make and very delicious, perfect for a light family dinner. If you don't have pre-made crepes, you can substitute them with pita bread.

  • 8 crepes, natural
  • 250 grams smoked salmon
  • 1 stick cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle chile
  • 3 tablespoons chives, finely chopped

  • In a deep bowl, mix and soften the cream cheese with the chipotle pepper and the green onion.
  • On each crepe, place 2-3 tablespoons of the seasoned cream cheese.
  • Put 2-3 slices of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese and roll up the crepe.
  • With a sharp knife, cut the roll so that they look like in the dish photo.
