1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped, for the cream
1 cup Bionda® cottage cheese, for the cream
1/2 cups table cream, for the cream
1 cup evaporated milk, for the cream
1/2 cups milk, for the cream
1 tablespoon cornstarch, for the cream
salt, for the cream
pepper, for the cream
water, for the spaghetti
salt, for the spaghetti
500 grams spaghetti
2 tablespoons butter, in cubes
250 grams shrimp, medium-sized, peeled and cleaned
parsley, finely chopped, for decoration
1/2 cups Bionda® cottage cheese, for decoration

Melt the butter in a skillet and cook the onion and garlic until they turn translucent, then add the Bionda® Ricotta and cook over low heat for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Blend the above at maximum speed with the half cream, evaporated milk, and whole milk mixed with cornstarch, then season with salt and pepper. Blend until all ingredients are perfectly combined. Set aside.
Boil water over high heat and season it with salt; once it starts to boil, add the spaghetti and cook for 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Melt butter over medium heat in a pot and cook the shrimp for 3 minutes or until they change color. Then pour in the blended mixture and add the spaghetti. Cook everything for 5 minutes.
Serve the creamy pasta casserole with shrimp in a baking dish, sprinkle with parsley, and decorate with more Bionda® ricotta.
