This appetizer of crepes with smoked salmon tastes delicious with the touches of cream cheese, green onion, and lemon. It looks very impressive and is easy to prepare.
To make the crepe mixture, blend the salt, oil, eggs, flour, and milk in the blender.
Heat a round skillet with a few drops of oil (you can spread it around the skillet with a napkin to avoid greasiness).
Using a ladle, serve a bit of the mixture into the skillet, ensuring it covers the entire skillet, and let it cook for about 45 seconds until golden brown on the bottom.
Repeat the same process until all the crepes are made. Arrange them on a platter and set aside.
Mix the cream cheese with the chopped green onion and add 2 teaspoons of lemon, salt, and pepper to taste.
On the crepes, spread the prepared cream cheese, then place a slice of salmon and roll it up. Repeat with the remaining crepes.
Using a sharp knife, slice the salmon rolls into 3 parts and secure with a toothpick.
