This crepes appetizer with smoked salmon tastes delicious with the touches of cream cheese, chives and lemon. It looks very lucidora and is simple to prepare.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 package cream cheese, (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cups chives, finely chopped
  • 200 grams smoked salmon
  • lemon juice

Preparation

To make the mixture of the crepas liquefies the salt, oil, eggs, flour, and milk in the blender.
Heat a round pan with a few drops of oil (you can distribute it in the pan with a napkin so it does not get greasy).
