  • For the batter: In a bowl, mix the flour with baking powder and enough McCormick® Lemon Pepper Seasoning until the powders are blended. Pour in the mineral water and mix using a whisk until you achieve a homogeneous and slightly thick consistency. Set aside until use.
  • Marinate the fish strips with lemon juice and enough salt in a bowl, and let rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • After the resting time, fry the fish strips. First, coat the strips in the batter mixture until covered. Then heat the oil in a deep skillet, ensuring the flame is not high, and when it is hot, fry the fish strips for 7 minutes. Drain and repeat until all the fried fish is done.
  • For the dressing: Blend the mayonnaise with sour cream, jalapeño, garlic, cilantro, salt, and McCormick® Lemon Pepper Seasoning until fully integrated.
  • Serve the fried fish with the jalapeño dressing, accompanied by French fries and lemon to taste.
