Treat the little ones at home with these fish sticks! They are made with McCormick® Mayonnaise with lemon juice, which adds an unmatched flavor and a perfect consistency to all your dressings.
1/2 cups McCormick Mayonnaise with Lemon Juice, for the breading
1/4 cups milk, for the breading
1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoons onion powder, for the breading
1 cup flour, for the breading
1 cup breadcrumbs, for the breading
500 grams fish fillet, snapper or tilapia (cut into strips)
vegetable oil, for frying
3/4 cups McCormick Mayonnaise with Lemon Juice, for the dressing
1 tablespoon hot sauce, for the dressing
1/4 cups ketchup, for the dressing
1 tablespoon mustard, for the dressing
1/2 teaspoons garlic powder, for the dressing
1/2 teaspoons onion powder, for the dressing
salt, for the dressing
pepper, for the dressing
lime, for serving

For the breading: Mix McCormick® Mayonnaise with lemon juice, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper in a bowl using a whisk. Set aside.
Dip the fish strips in flour, then in the previous mixture, and bread using your hands, pressing to compact and stick the breading onto the fish sticks. Set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat, fry the fish for 5 minutes or until they are crispy and golden. Place on paper towels to remove excess oil. Set aside.
For the dressing: Mix McCormick Mayonnaise with lemon juice, hot sauce, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
Serve the fish sticks on a plate and accompany with dressing and limes.
