Easy Sushi Skewers

These sushi skewers will surprise you with their crunchy panko breading combined with breadcrumbs, filled with salmon sushi, cream cheese, and avocado. They are served with a delicious chipotle sauce, a light touch of soy sauce, and lime. You will love them!

  • 4 seaweed
  • 2 cups sushi rice, cooked and seasoned
  • 200 grams salmon, cut into strips
  • 1 cup cream cheese, cut into strips
  • 1 avocado, cut into strips
  • 1 cup flour, for breading
  • 3 eggs, for breading
  • 1 cup panko, for breading
  • 1/2 cups breadcrumbs, for breading
  • vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1 cup mayonnaise, for the sauce
  • 1/8 cups chipotle chile, for the sauce
  • 1/8 cups soy sauce, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice, for the sauce
  • 1/8 cups rice vinegar, for the sauce

  • For the rolls, on a sushi mat covered with non-stick plastic, cover the entire surface of the seaweed with the cooked and seasoned sushi rice. Place the salmon, cream cheese, and avocado, roll it up leaving the seaweed surface on the outside, and press well, then cut in half.
  • Bread the rolls by passing them through flour, egg, and a panko mixed with breadcrumbs. Insert a skewer into each roll and fry in hot oil until golden, then drain on absorbent paper.
  • For the sauce, blend the mayonnaise with the chipotle, soy sauce, lime juice, and rice vinegar until you achieve a smooth mixture.
  • Serve your skewers and accompany with the sauce, enjoy.
