For the rolls, on a sushi mat covered with non-stick plastic, cover the entire surface of the seaweed with the cooked and seasoned sushi rice. Place the salmon, cream cheese, and avocado, roll it up leaving the seaweed surface on the outside, and press well, then cut in half. Bread the rolls by passing them through flour, egg, and a panko mixed with breadcrumbs. Insert a skewer into each roll and fry in hot oil until golden, then drain on absorbent paper.
