  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, for the vinaigrette
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, for the vinaigrette
  • coarse salt, for the vinaigrette

  • 1/2 cups olive oil, for the vinaigrette
  • 2 cups tuna, canned
  • 2 tomatoes, diced, seedless
  • 1/4 red onions, sliced
  • 2 cups lettuce, sliced
  • 1/2 cups green olives, in rounds
  • avocado
  • Saladitas® saltine crackers, for serving
  • Habanero chile, pickled, for serving

  • For the vinaigrette, mix the apple cider vinegar with the oregano and season with coarse salt and pepper; add the olive oil in a steady stream.
  • Mix the tuna with the tomato, red onion, lettuce, green olives, and add the vinaigrette. Combine thoroughly.
