Blend all the ingredients in a blender and use this mixture to marinate the fillets for at least 3 hours, preferably leaving it overnight.
Add a few drizzles of olive oil and add the fish, cook over medium heat and let them sear a little, then add the cheese in strips to melt quickly. Serve accompanied by strips of manzano chili and grilled nopales with a touch of olive oil and pepper. Enjoy!
