Fish Burger

Ideal for a picnic or a homemade meal; especially during Lent. This delicious fish burger will be a hit with everyone. It includes breaded fish fillets with a bit of lettuce, onion, tomato, and dressings to taste. They are excellent.

1 package burger bun
8 leaves lettuce
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 onions, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cups mustard
3/4 cups ketchup
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
8 fish fillets
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preparation

Beat the egg, cover each fish fillet in the egg and then coat it with breadcrumbs and fry in oil.
Heat the bread on a grill or griddle, as preferred. Spread a layer of cream on each piece of bread.
Place a leaf of lettuce on the bread, a breaded fillet, some onion rings, tomato, and cucumbers.
Add mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup to taste. Then place the top of the bread.
