Fish Burger

Ideal for a picnic, or a homemade meal; especially in Lent. This rich fish burger will be the sensation with everyone. They have breaded fish fillets with a bit of lettuce, onion, tomato and toppings to taste. They are excellent.

  • 1 package burger bun
  • 8 leaves lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 onions, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups mustard
  • 3/4 cups ketchup
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • Beat the egg, cover each fish fillet in the egg and then pass it through the ground bread and fry in oil.
  • Heat the bread on the grill or comal, as you prefer. put a layer of cream on each piece of bread.
  • Place on the bread a lettuce leaf, a breaded fillet, onion wheels, tomato and cucumbers.
  • Put mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup to taste. And place the bread lid.
