Ideal for a picnic, or a homemade meal; especially in Lent. This rich fish burger will be the sensation with everyone. They have breaded fish fillets with a bit of lettuce, onion, tomato and toppings to taste. They are excellent.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 package hamburger bun
  • 8 leaves lettuce
  • 1 tomtato, sliced
  • 1/2 onions, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cups cream
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups mustard
  • 3/4 cups ketchup
  • 1 cup ground bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 Fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Preparation

Beat the egg, cover each fish fillet in the egg and then pass it through the ground bread and fry in oil.
Heat the bread on the grill or comal, as you prefer. put a layer of cream on each piece of bread.
Place on the bread a lettuce leaf, a breaded fillet, onion wheels, tomato and cucumbers.
Put mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup to taste. And place the bread lid.

TIPS

It can be accompanied with French fries .
