1 kilo fish, of firm white fish, in fillets
12 limes
1/3 cups ax callus
6 tomatoes, cut into small cubes
2 cucumbers, cut into small cubes
1 white onion, cut into small cubes
4 tablespoons olives, sliced
1 can Jalapeño chile, pickled, finely chopped, and its juice (small can)
1/4 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
oregano, to taste

Mix the fish with the onion and the lime juice, season, cover, and let marinate for two hours in the refrigerator.
Place the fish in a bowl and mix with the other ingredients.
Incorporate Mazola Olive and Soy oil, mix, and season again. Serve.
