Fish Ceviche

Ceviche is a very refreshing and delicious dish for any occasion, especially as a snack on beach or pool days.

  • 1 kilo fish, of firm white fish, in fillets
  • 12 limes
  • 1/3 cups ax callus
  • 6 tomatoes, cut into small cubes
  • 2 cucumbers, cut into small cubes
  • 1 white onion, cut into small cubes
  • 4 tablespoons olives, sliced
  • 1 can Jalapeño chile, pickled, finely chopped, and its juice (small can)
  • 1/4 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
  • oregano, to taste
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Mix the fish with the onion and the lime juice, season, cover, and let marinate for two hours in the refrigerator.
  • Place the fish in a bowl and mix with the other ingredients.
  • Incorporate Mazola Olive and Soy oil, mix, and season again. Serve.
