Ceviche is a very refreshing and delicious dish for any occasion, especially to give a snack those days at the beach or pool.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 kilo fish, of white and firm dough, fillets
  • 12 lemons
  • 1/3 cups ax callus
  • 6 tomatoes, cut in cubes
  • 2 cucumbers, cut in cubes
  • 1 white onion, cut into cubes
  • 4 tablespoons olive, sliced
  • 1 can jalapeno pepper, pickled finely chopped and its juice (can girl)
  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander, minced
  • oregano, to taste
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Mix the fish with the onion and the juice of the lemons, season, cover and let marinate for two hours in the refrigerator.
Place the fish in a bowl and mix with the other ingredients.
Incorporate Mazola Oliva and Soya oil, mix and season again. It serves.

PRESENTATION

Serve in individual bowls, served with crackers or corn tortilla chips.

TIPS

Whenever you go to make ceviche buy fresh fish of good quality. When preparing dishes that are served cold it is necessary to rectify the seasoning before serving as the cold attenuates the flavors.
