  • 2 fish fillets
  • 1 carrot, peeled and cut into thin strips
  • 1 zucchini, cut into thin slices
  • 1 chayote, peeled and cut into thin slices
  • 1 potato, peeled and cut into thin slices
  • 1/4 onions, cut into strips
  • 1 tomato, cut into strips
  • garlic salt, to taste
  • butter
  • dry chicken broth or bouillon

  • Cut aluminum foil wide enough for a fillet, leaving space on all sides to wrap it.
  • Place a fish fillet and add salt with garlic to taste.
  • Place half of the onion followed by half of the other vegetables, making sure they cover the entire fillet.
  • Finally, place some cubes of butter and sprinkle a bit of chicken broth powder.
  • Wrap it completely with the aluminum foil, ensuring to seal the edges well to prevent the juices formed during cooking from leaking out; preferably place a second layer of aluminum foil for better results.
  • Place it on a griddle over low heat for 5 minutes on each side, repeat the process with the other fillet, and it's ready to enjoy.
