  • 2 fish fillets
  • 1 carrot, peeled and chopped into thin strips
  • 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 chayote, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 potato, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 onions, chopped into strips
  • 1 tomato, chopped into strips
  • garlic salt, to taste
  • butter
  • dry chicken broth or bouillon

  • Cut aluminum foil wide enough for a steak, there should be room on all sides to wrap it.
  • You place a fish fillet and add garlic salt to taste.
  • Place half of the onion followed by half of the other vegetables, making sure they cover the entire fillet.
  • Finally, add some butter cubes and spread a little powdered chicken broth.
  • It is completely wrapped with the aluminum foil trying to seal very well at the edges to prevent the juice that forms due to cooking from coming out, preferably place a second layer of aluminum foil to obtain a better result.
  • It is placed on a griddle over low heat for 5 minutes on each side, the operation is repeated with the other fillet and ready to enjoy.
