Cut aluminum foil wide enough for a fillet, leaving space on all sides to wrap it. Place a fish fillet and add salt with garlic to taste. Place half of the onion followed by half of the other vegetables, making sure they cover the entire fillet. Finally, place some cubes of butter and sprinkle a bit of chicken broth powder. Wrap it completely with the aluminum foil, ensuring to seal the edges well to prevent the juices formed during cooking from leaking out; preferably place a second layer of aluminum foil for better results. Place it on a griddle over low heat for 5 minutes on each side, repeat the process with the other fillet, and it's ready to enjoy.
