Cut aluminum foil wide enough for a fillet to be spread out and on the sides to wrap it.
You put a fish fillet you put salt with garlic to taste.
Place half of the onion followed by half of the other vegetables, making sure they cover the whole filet.
Finally, place some cubes of butter and sprinkle some powder chicken broth.
It is completely wrapped with aluminum foil trying to seal very well at the edges to avoid the juice that forms due to cooking, preferably placing a second layer of aluminum foil to obtain a better result.
Place on a low heat 5 minutes on each side, repeat the operation with the other steak and ready to enjoy.
