Fish Fillet in Gratinated Chile de Árbol Sauce

4 teaspoons Lala® butter, for the sauce
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
4 árbol chiles, cut into rings for the sauce and for garnish
190 grams cream cheese, at room temperature, for the sauce
1 cup Lala® manchego cheese, for the sauce
1/2 cups Lala® sour cream, for the sauce
3 teaspoons olive oil
2 lemons, cut into thirds
1 pinch salt

Preheat the oven to 180° C.
Heat a pan and add the butter and garlic, cook for 2 minutes. Add the chile de árbol and cook for one minute.
Add the cream cheese, LALA® Manchego Cheese, and incorporate the LALA® Sour Cream. Cook until it becomes a smooth sauce, set aside.
On a baking tray, place the fish fillets and drizzle with olive oil and a few drops of yellow lemon, season.
Bake for 5 minutes and remove from the oven, add the cheese sauce to the fish until well coated.
Bake for 10 minutes until the sauce is gratinated, remove from the oven and serve.
