Fish Fillet in Gratinated Chile de Árbol Sauce

Gratinated fish fillet with a creamy manchego cheese and chile de árbol sauce. Delicious and very easy to prepare. Ideal for a family meal during the week.

  • 4 teaspoons Lala® butter, for the sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 árbol chiles, cut into rings for the sauce and for garnish
  • 190 grams cream cheese, at room temperature, for the sauce
  • 1 cup Lala® manchego cheese, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups Lala® sour cream, for the sauce
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 lemons, cut into thirds
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • Heat a pan and add the butter and garlic, cook for 2 minutes. Add the chile de árbol and cook for one minute.
  • Add the cream cheese, LALA® Manchego Cheese, and incorporate the LALA® Sour Cream. Cook until it becomes a smooth sauce, set aside.
  • On a baking tray, place the fish fillets and drizzle with olive oil and a few drops of yellow lemon, season.
  • Bake for 5 minutes and remove from the oven, add the cheese sauce to the fish until well coated.
  • Bake for 10 minutes until the sauce is gratinated, remove from the oven and serve.
