3 mangoes
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
5 cups raw sugar
3 limes, (preferably real lemon)
salt

Marinate the fillet with the juice of the lemons, salt and pepper to taste, fry with olive oil and a little
chopped garlic
and set aside.
Slice the mango and roast it, put it on the fillets.
For the sauce, liquefy the 6 kiwis, add the teaspoon of vinegar, sugar and cook over low heat.
