Fish Fillet in Kiwi Sauce

Rich fish fillet with mango and kiwi sauce, irresistible!

  • 6 fish fillets, choice
  • 8 kiwis
  • 3 mangoes
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 5 cups raw sugar
  • 3 limes, (preferably real lemon)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic

  • Marinate the fillet with the juice of the lemons, salt and pepper to taste, fry with olive oil and a little chopped garlic and set aside.
  • Slice the mango and roast it, put it on the fillets.
  • For the sauce, liquefy the 6 kiwis, add the teaspoon of vinegar, sugar and cook over low heat.
