3 mangoes
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
5 cups raw sugar
3 limes, (preferably real lemon)
salt

Marinate the fillet with the juice of the lemons, salt, and pepper to taste, fry with olive oil and a little chopped garlic, and set aside.
Slice the mango and grill it, placing it on top of the fillets.
For the Sauce, blend the 6 kiwis, add the teaspoon of vinegar, the sugar, and cook on low heat.
