Ingredients: 6 fish fillets, to taste; 8 kiwis; 3 mangoes; 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar; 5 cups raw sugar; 3 limes, (preferably real lemon); salt; pepper; garlic

Marinate the fillet with the juice of the lemons, salt, and pepper to taste, fry with olive oil and a little chopped garlic, and set aside. Slice the mango and grill it, placing it on top of the fillets.
