Rich fish fillet with mango and kiwi sauce, irresistible!

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 Fish fillets, choice
  • 8 kiwis
  • 3 mangos
  • 1 tablespoon apple vinegar
  • 5 cups raw sugar
  • 3 lemons, (preferably real lemon)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • garlic

Preparation

Marinate the fillet with the juice of the lemons, salt and pepper to taste, fry with olive oil and a little chopped garlic and set aside.
Slice the mango and roast it, put it on the fillets.
For the sauce, liquefy the 6 kiwis, add the teaspoon of vinegar, sugar and cook over low heat.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with kiwi slices.
