2 white fish, remove the thorns
1 head garlic
2 limes

Cook the fish in a frying pan with olive oil.
Once cooked, transfer them to a plate and reserve.
In another pan place a little olive oil and wait for it to heat over medium heat.
Chop 6 cloves of garlic and add them to the preheated pan.
Wait until they are roasted and serve on top of the fish. Add lemon to taste.
