  • 4 white fish fillets

  • 1 serrano chile

  • Put the clean fish fillets in a bowl, salt and pepper them to taste, chop a little coriander. and add the lemon juice, let them marinate for about 7 min. Separately chop the vegetables.
  • In a frying pan, sauté the onion, tomato and serrano pepper in a little oil. Now that's done, add the fish fillets with everything and the lemon juice, add the remaining vegetables.
  • Cook over low heat covered until the vegetables are to taste and almost at the end add a little chopped coriander, check for seasoning.
