Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 white fish fillets
  • lemons
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 green bell pepper
  • 1 serrano pepper
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1/2 onions

Preparation

In a bowl put the fillets of fish already clean, salt pepper them to taste, chop a little coriander. and put the lemon juice, let marinate about 7 min. Apart from chopping the vegetables.
In a pan, a little oil sauté the onion, tomato and serrano pepper. Now ready that add the fish fillets with everything and lemon juice, add the remaining vegetables.
Cook to low flame covered until the vegetable is to taste and almost at the end add a bit of chopped cilantro, check seasoning.

PRESENTATION

When serving, take out the fish carefully, put the vegetables on top, they can accompany it with rice.

TIPS

Season with pepper, salt or consommé, a little maggy sauce and a little oregano.
