In a medium deep bowl, mix the cubes of mango, cucumber, chopped basil, lemon juice and olive oil. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the fish on both sides with salt and pepper.
Once the skillet has heated up, add the vegetable oil and immediately the fillets. Wait about 4 to 6 minutes for them to cook well on one side and then turn them only once.
Once they have browned well, remove from heat and serve with the mango, cucumber and basil garnish.
