In a medium deep bowl, mix the mango cubes, cucumber, chopped basil, lemon juice, and olive oil. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the fish on both sides with salt and pepper.
Once the skillet is heated, add the vegetable oil and immediately place the fillets in. Wait approximately 4 to 6 minutes for one side to cook well, then flip them only once.
Once they are nicely browned, remove from heat and serve with the mango, cucumber, and basil garnish.
