Preparation
In a medium deep bowl, mix the cubes of mango, cucumber, chopped basil, lemon juice and olive oil. Season mixed with salt and pepper.
Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the fish on both sides with salt and pepper.
Once the pan has warmed up, put the vegetable oil and immediately the fillets. Wait about 4 to 6 minutes to cook on one side and then turn them once.
Once they have browned well, remove from heat and serve with garnish of mango, cucumber and basil.
