Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 white fish fillet, of the nile
  • 1/2 cucumbers, cut into medium cubes
  • 1 mango, cut into medium cubes
  • 6 leaves basil, finely chopped finely
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • sea ​​salt
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon vegetal oil
  • lemon juice, one piece

Preparation

In a medium deep bowl, mix the cubes of mango, cucumber, chopped basil, lemon juice and olive oil. Season mixed with salt and pepper.
Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the fish on both sides with salt and pepper.
Once the pan has warmed up, put the vegetable oil and immediately the fillets. Wait about 4 to 6 minutes to cook on one side and then turn them once.
Once they have browned well, remove from heat and serve with garnish of mango, cucumber and basil.

TIPS

You can use the same procedure to cook chicken breasts. Accompany this dish with a Chardonnay wine.
