Fish Fillets with Brie Sauce

This is a delicious fish fillet recipe with Brie sauce, highly appreciated in France.

  • 1 kilo fish fillet
  • flour, to coat the fillets
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bunch fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 stick cream cheese
  • 250 grams Brie cheese
  • red grapes, and greens for garnish

  • Dry the fillets well, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
  • In a non-stick skillet, with a little oil, brown the fillets on both sides (if necessary, add a bit more oil).
  • Remove the fillets and keep them warm.
  • In the same skillet, over low heat, melt the Philadelphia cheese, add the Brie, and mix the two cheeses well.
  • Take off the heat and add the green onion.
  • Arrange the fillets on a platter and drizzle with the cheese sauce.
