Fish Fillets with Brie Sauce

1 kilo fish fillet
flour, to flour the fillets
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 bunch fresh chives, chopped
1 stick cream cheese
250 grams Brie cheese
red grapes, and greens to garnish

Dry the fillets well, season and flour
In a Teflon pan, with a little oil, brown the fillets on both sides (if necessary, add a little more oil).
Remove the fillets and keep warm.
In the same pan, over low heat, melt the Philadelphia, add the Brie and mix the two cheeses well.
Remove from the stove and add the chives.
Arrange the fillets on a platter, bathe with the cheese sauce.
