Fish Fillets with Brie Sauce

This is a delicious fish fillet recipe with Brie sauce, highly appreciated in France.

1 kilo fish fillet
flour, to coat the fillets
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 bunch fresh chives, chopped
1 stick cream cheese
250 grams Brie cheese
red grapes, and greens for garnish

Dry the fillets well, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
In a non-stick skillet, with a little oil, brown the fillets on both sides (if necessary, add a bit more oil).
Remove the fillets and keep them warm.
In the same skillet, over low heat, melt the Philadelphia cheese, add the Brie, and mix the two cheeses well.
Take off the heat and add the green onion.
Arrange the fillets on a platter and drizzle with the cheese sauce.
