Fish Fillets with Brie Sauce

It is a delicious recipe for fish fillet with brie sauce, highly appreciated in France.

  • 1 kilo fish fillet
  • flour, to flour the fillets
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bunch fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 stick cream cheese
  • 250 grams Brie cheese
  • red grapes, and greens to garnish

  • Dry the fillets well, season and flour
  • In a Teflon pan, with a little oil, brown the fillets on both sides (if necessary, add a little more oil).
  • Remove the fillets and keep warm.
  • In the same pan, over low heat, melt the Philadelphia, add the Brie and mix the two cheeses well.
  • Remove from the stove and add the chives.
  • Arrange the fillets on a platter, bathe with the cheese sauce.
