Preparation
Dry fillets well, salt and pepper and flour
In a Teflon pan, with a little oil, brown the fillets on both sides (if necessary, add a little more oil).
Remove the steaks and keep warm.
In the same pan, over low heat, melt the Philadelphia, add the Brie and mix well the two cheeses.
Remove from the stove and add the onion.
Arrange the fillets in a platter, bathe with the cheese sauce.
