Fish Fingers

A quick dish that children like, fish fingers. They are very easy to do.

  • 750 grams fish fillet
  • 5 tablespoons lime juice
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup beer, optional
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • pepper
  • 1 liter vegetable oil

  • Mix the yolks and salt into the beer
  • Add the flour to form a thick "porridge"
  • In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites to the point of nougat
  • Gradually incorporate the beaten whites into the "porridge" (With enveloping movements)
  • Marinate the fillets with the lemon, salt, pepper and garlic for 20 minutes.
  • Put the fillets in the "porridge" until they are completely bathed.
  • Fry the fillets in plenty of oil.
  • Drain steaks on napkins to remove excess fat
