Fish Fingers

A quick dish that kids love, fish fingers. They are very easy to make.

750 grams fish fillet
5 tablespoons lime juice
6 cloves garlic
1 cup beer, optional
1/2 cups flour
2 eggs
pepper
1 liter vegetable oil

Mix the egg yolks and salt into the beer
Add the flour until a thick batter forms
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form
Gradually fold the beaten egg whites into the batter (using gentle folding motions)
Marinate the fillets with lemon, salt, pepper, and garlic for 20 minutes.
Dip the fillets into the batter until they are fully coated.
Fry the fillets in plenty of oil.
Drain the fillets on paper towels to remove excess grease
