Fish in Anchovy Sauce
Delicious fish in anchovy sauce with bell pepper. My mom's recipe.

- 1/2 kilos chervil
- 1 can red bell pepper
- 1 can sour cream
- 1/2 cans anchovy
- 2 tablespoons chicken broth
- 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

- Marinate the fish with lemon, salt, and pepper for a period of 1 to 3 hours. Remove from the marinade and place in a baking dish.
- Blend the cream with the peppers, anchovies, and broth.
- Pour the mixture over the fish and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
