Fish in Anchovy Sauce

Delicous fish in anchovy sauce with pepper. Recipe of my mom.

  • 1/2 kilos chervil
  • 1 can red bell pepper
  • 1 can sour cream
  • 1/2 cans anchovy
  • 2 tablespoons chicken broth
  • 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • limes

  • Marinate the fish with lemon, salt and pepper for a period of 1 to 3 hours. Remove from the marinade and place in a baking dish.
  • Blend cream with peppers, anchovies and broth.
  • Empty the contents on the fish and add the parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
