Delicious fish in anchovy sauce with bell pepper. My mom's recipe.

1/2 kilos chervil
1 can red bell pepper
1 can sour cream
1/2 cans anchovy
2 tablespoons chicken broth
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Marinate the fish with lemon, salt, and pepper for a period of 1 to 3 hours. Remove from the marinade and place in a baking dish.
Blend the cream with the peppers, anchovies, and broth.
Pour the mixture over the fish and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes.
