Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos chervil
  • 1 can red pepper
  • 1 can cream
  • 1/2 cans anchovy
  • 2 tablespoons bouillon powder
  • 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • lemons

Preparation

Marinate the fish with lemon, salt and pepper for a period of 1 to 3 hours. Remove from the marinade and place in a baking dish.
Blend cream with peppers, anchovies and broth.
Empty the contents on the fish and add the parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate it with a little parsley powder.

TIPS

You can add a little milk to the mixture, and if you want it stronger, you can add more anchovies. You can serve it with warm arabe bread.
