  • 3/4 cups cashews
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • In a bowl, put the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, mix well and add the fish, letting it marinate. In a pan with a little oil, fry the parsley leaves.
  • In a pan, put butter with olive oil and brown each fillet on both sides. When you flip the fillets, add a little lemon.
  • Put the cashew nuts in the blender and add 1/2 cup of water, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. Blend until the ingredients are combined. Serve the fish on a plate and pour the sauce over it, garnish with fried parsley.
