In a bowl, put the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, mix well and add the fish, letting it marinate. In a pan with a little oil, fry the parsley leaves. In a pan, put butter with olive oil and brown each fillet on both sides. When you flip the fillets, add a little lemon. Put the cashew nuts in the blender and add 1/2 cup of water, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. Blend until the ingredients are combined.
