Fish in Microwave Oven

Fish type papillote but cooked in the microwave. It's faster and tastes just as good. The fish fillets are combined with tomato, onion, garlic, and cilantro with a bit of olive oil and butter. They come out very juicy and with an incredible flavor.

1 bunch fresh cilantro, only the leaves
1 onion, large
4 cloves garlic
4 tomatoes
salt and pepper
20 milliliters olive oil
3 tablespoons butter

Salt and pepper the fillets, let them rest for 10 minutes.
Grease a glass dish with butter, place the fillets.
Add the garlic, sliced onion, sliced seedless tomatoes, and the cilantro leaves (all properly washed).
Place in the oven for 10 minutes and serve hot with rice.
