Fish Fillet in Morita Sauce

  • 5 morita chiles, for the morita sauce
  • 1 cup orange, pulp, for the morita sauce

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, for the fish fillet

  • In a skillet, heat vegetable oil. Add onion, garlic, tomato, apple, and morita chile, and fry for a few minutes. Add orange pulp and cook for 5 minutes. Transfer previous ingredients to a blender, add salt and pepper, and blend until smooth. Set aside.
  • In a skillet pour a bit of vegetable oil and heat over medium heat. Add fish fillet, season with salt, pepper, and orange zest. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Serve fish fillet in morita sauce garnished with orange wedges, lime wedges, avocado, and parsley.
