Fish in Morita Sauce

This fish in morita sauce has a different but very pleasant flavor to the palate; the morita chili is spicy and smoky, so it should be used sparingly.   • 1/4 onions, for the sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, for the sauce
  • 5 tomatoes, in quarters, for the sauce
  • 1 apple, in cubes, for the sauce
  • 5 morita chiles, for the sauce
  • 1 cup orange, only the pulp, for the sauce

  • 4 fish fillets

  • Heat a skillet with vegetable oil and add the onion, garlic, tomato, apple, morita chili, and sauté for a few minutes, add the orange pulp and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Blend what you cooked, add salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Pour a little vegetable oil into a skillet over medium-low heat, add the fish, season with salt, pepper, and orange zest. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Serve the fish with the sauce and garnish with orange, lemon, avocado, and parsley.
