Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Wash and chop the parsley.
For the persillade: In a bowl, grate the Parmesan cheese, then add the parsley and breadcrumbs.
Season the fish on both sides, placing it on a greased baking tray, bake for 8-12 minutes, remove from the oven and coat with the persillade, return to the oven for an additional 4-5 minutes.
