It is a super healthy soup with a very pleasant taste. Since the dogfish, the vegetables and the touch of marjoram make this fish soup to suck your fingers. Serve hot with lemon and a little hot sauce.

1 cup tomato purée
1 clove garlic, bare
3 tablespoons onion, chopped
1 tablespoon marjoram
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons white vinegar
3 liters water
salt and pepper

Mash, garlic, onion and marjoram are liquefied.
Heat in oil in a pot and add the liquefied.
The water is added and it is expected to boil.
Add washed and dried fish and vegetables.
Add salt, pepper and vinegar.
Let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
