It is a super healthy soup with a very pleasant flavor. Since the dogfish, the vegetables, and the touch of marjoram make this fish soup finger-licking good. Serve it hot accompanied by lemon and a little hot sauce.

1 kilo fillet dogfish, in pieces
2 cups vegetables, in large pieces
1 cup tomato purée
1 clove garlic, peeled
3 tablespoons onion, chopped
1 tablespoon marjoram
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons white vinegar
3 liters water
salt and pepper
lemon , for serving
hot sauce, for serving

Blend puree, garlic, onion, and marjoram.
Heat oil in a pot and add the blended mixture.
Water is added and waited until it boils.
Add the washed and dried fish and the vegetables.
Add salt, pepper, and vinegar.
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
