Fish Soup

It is a super healthy soup with a very pleasant flavor. Since the dogfish, the vegetables, and the touch of marjoram make this fish soup finger-licking good. Serve it hot accompanied by lemon and a little hot sauce.

  • 1 kilo fillet dogfish, in pieces
  • 2 cups vegetables, in large pieces
  • 1 cup tomato purée
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 3 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon marjoram
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 3 liters water
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon , for serving
  • hot sauce, for serving

  • Blend puree, garlic, onion, and marjoram.
  • Heat oil in a pot and add the blended mixture.
  • Water is added and waited until it boils.
  • Add the washed and dried fish and the vegetables.
  • Add salt, pepper, and vinegar.
  • Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
