Fish Sticks with Pepper Salad

  • 400 grams white fish
  • 50 grams cream cheese
  • 50 grams cow's milk
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 75 grams bread
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • eggs, breading mixture
  • breadcrumbs, for breading
  • canola oil, for frying
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, for the salad
  • 1 orange bell pepper, for the salad
  • 6 baby carrots, for the salad
  • 2 leaves butterhead lettuce, large
  • limes, to taste

  • Soak the 75 grams of bread in the milk until it is not so hard, then add the other ingredients to prepare the sticks.
  • Once the ingredients are mixed, blend them with the help of a food processor until the ingredients are incorporated.
  • You can use two spoons or your wet hands, take a little of the dough, shape it into sticks, dip it in the beaten egg, then in the breadcrumbs, and fry.
  • For the salad: Cut the peppers and remove the seeds, then cut them into small cubes. Peel the carrots.
